Game over. You are in social exclusion.
Around 5 million women of working age are at risk of exclusion or poverty. Women that, because of their circumstances, are more vulnerable to this reality: those lower-educated, with a disability, long term unemployment as of 55 years old, no shared responsibilities and/or gender violence.
Employment becomes the main way out of all situations of risk of exclusion, being the only resource that has a transversal impact on a woman’s life, endowing it with autonomy, independence and self-esteem; In addition to increasing its network of supports and contacts.
To carry out the script of this game, Adecco Foundation’s experts on labor inclusion have interviewed different women who, through their lives, have inspired this game. This campaign is dedicated to all of them.
